25th Annual Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Expo

Come and see all new 2011 models of snowmobiles from Arctic Cat, Polaris, Ski-Doo and Yamaha.

Check out over 50 exhibits of accessories and clothing, winter resort destinations, all terrain vehicles, recreational vehicles, and all kinds of winter fun products.

Attend avalanche awareness training seminars and buy and sell items at the popular Swap Meet Extravaganza.

New winter recreation and safety products are being introduced at this year's expo.

Swap Meet Extravaganza

Located outside at the north parking lot area.
Saturday - 9 am to 6 pm
Sunday - 9 am to 5 pm

Open to the public! Come and sell your used and/or discontinued items only: snowmobiles, trailers, clothing, accessories and more.

SWAP MEET RULES AND REGULATIONS

Subject to change.

Discounts/Inclusions:
* All Swap Meet Vendors receive ONE FREE entrance to the SnowShow ($10 Value) - ONE additional event ticket may be purchased per Vendor for $2 off (available for purchase at time of Swap Meet payment only)
* CSA Members may choose to receive either $10 OFF the entry fee or second day space rental FREE (must decide at time of payment)
* Swap Meet Vendors who have paid for a booth INSIDE the SnowShow receive their OUTSIDE space for 20% OFF, but no additional discounts or inclusions apply
* Register and pay in advance for premium parking assignments!
* Advance registrations required on all #3 and #4 sized spaces!
* Pay with CASH and receive $5 off (Cash payments available on-site at check-in only. No premium parking will apply)

Rules:
*Bring a credit card or cash to rent your space - no checks please.
*No food or drink sales allowed.
*No NEW merchandise sales allowed - this Swap Meet is for USED or DISCONTINUED items ONLY!
*No helmet or oil sales allowed.
*Vendors should be parked and set up between 7am and 9am on Saturday and 8am and 10am on Sunday. Since we understand that things do happen, if you have been delayed in your travels please call to hold your space!
*Parking spaces will be assigned by event coordinator. Please park where indicated ONLY.
*Early departures are strongly discouraged and MUST be pre-arranged with event coordinator – please plan to stay the day.
*Trash removal is your responsibility! Don't leave anything behind or you won't be invited back.
*Memberships in CSA and in local clubs will be available at check-in...Discounts will be applied at time of check-in.
*The person(s) participating in the Swap Meet assumes all risk of personal injury and all loss or damage to property; furthermore, the participant(s) agree to hold harmless The Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Expo, Affinity Events, Inc., The Denver Merchandise Mart, and The Colorado Snowmobile Association, and their employees, associates, volunteers and contractors from any injury, loss or damage whatsoever.
*The Colorado Snowmobile Association will require any Swap Meet participants that violate these rules to leave the Denver Merchandise Mart property (private property). CSA further requests that the Swap Meet participant(s) conduct their business in a cordial and professional manner.

CSA greatly appreciates your participation and we look forward to your cooperation and observance of these rules.
