Swap Meet Extravaganza

Located outside at the north parking lot area.
Saturday - 9 am to 6 pm
Sunday - 9 am to 5 pm

Open to the public! Come and sell your used and/or discontinued items only: snowmobiles, trailers, clothing, accessories and more.

SWAP MEET RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The cost to display in the Swap Meet for private parties is $10.00 per adult per day, cash only. Each child under 12 are allowed in Free with each paying adult.

2. Sellers from the Swap Meet are also allowed entry into the Expo.

3. All items must be used merchandise being sold by private parties.

4. Businesses that are contracted exhibitors in the Expo are the only businesses allowed to sell used & discontinued merchandise in the Swap Meet. No discontinued helmets or clothing allowed unless used.

5. Contracted exhibitors cannot have a larger space in the Swap Meet than they have in the Expo.

6. NO FOOD OR DRINK DISTRIBUTED OR SOLD BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC, PRIVATE PARTIES OR PARTICIPATING EXHIBITORS!

7. The person(s) participating in the Swap Meet assume all risk of personal injury and all loss or damage to property; furthermore, the participant(s) agree to hold harmless The Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Expo, Affinity Events, The Denver Merchandise Mart, and The Colorado Snowmobile Association, and their employees, associates and contractors from any injury, loss or damage whatsoever.

8. Show Management will require any Swap Meet participants that violate these rules to leave the Denver Merchandise Mart property (private property). Show management further requests that the Swap Meet participant(s) conduct their business in a cordial and professional manner. Show Management greatly appreciates your cooperation and observance of these rules.

To sell, arrive at 9 am on October 10 for set up.

No restrooms are available in the Swap Meet area.
